HOURLY RATES
General Consulting - $350.00
This includes case reviews, site inspection, analysis, code review, report writing, travel time (one way), deposition preparation, trial preparation, and trial standby time.
Depositions and Trial Appearances - $350.00
This includes actual time of depositions and trial testimony.
REIMBURSABLES - AT COST
Out of pocket expenses for parking, photos, overnight delivery, and other authorized expenses will be billed at cost. Receipts will be furnished. Mileage will be billed at .56 per mile. One-way travel time for local travel will be billed at $350.00 per hour.
OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL AND MINIMUM FEE
Airline tickets and overnight lodging are expected to be prepaid by the client. Taxi and local transportation will be billed at cost. A charge of $50.00 per day will be included in billings to cover meals. One-way travel time will be billed at $350.00 per hour, to a five (5) hour maximum. Airport parking will be billed at cost.
A minimum fee of $1,400.00 per day for out of town work will be applicable regardless of the number of hours.
RETAINER AND DEPOSIT
A non-refundable retainer of $1,400.00 (4 hours) is required to be applied against initial work. Additional work will require a deposit on account to cover estimated or authorized hours. Unused deposit will be returned immediately upon request or completion of work.
