HOURLY RATES
General Consulting - $400.00
This includes case reviews, site inspection, analysis, code review, report writing, travel time (one way), deposition preparation, trial preparation, and trial standby time.
Depositions and Trial Appearances - $400.00
This includes actual time of depositions and trial testimony.
REIMBURSABLES - AT COST
LOCAL TRAVEL
Out of pocket expenses for parking and tolls will be billed at cost. Receipts will be furnished. Mileage will be billed at .67 per mile. One-way travel time for local travel will be billed at $400.00 per hour.
OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL
Airline tickets and overnight lodging are expected to be prepaid by the client. Taxi and local transportation will be billed at cost. A charge of $100.00 per day will be included in billings to cover meals. One-way travel time will be billed at $400.00 per hour at a flat rate of five (5) hours plus one (1) hour for each zone change from Central Time Zone. Airport parking will be billed at cost.
RETAINER AND DEPOSIT
A non-refundable retainer of $1,600.00 (4 hours) is required to be applied against initial work. Additional work will require a deposit on account to cover estimated or authorized hours. Unused deposit will be returned immediately upon request or completion of work.
